Upon purchase of the Assessment Package and completion of the individual assessment (E.L.I.), each participant is eligible to view our 90-minute group coaching session in which we use the assessment findings to break down the most common attitudes and perspectives that prevent leaders from accessing their full potential.

The Energy Leadership™ Development System provides the accelerated training needed to master the 8 essential aspects of an effective leader, including (but not limited to): Problem Solving, Dynamic Communication, Influencing and Engaging Others, Productivity, Decision Making, and Time Management. We understand that teams take many types of people—and leaders come in all shapes and sizes; that is why we implement a variety of learning tool o encourage understanding and retention across the board. Furthermore, your management will be coached on how to become more effective leaders for their specific situation, division, and team in your company.
STEP THREE: 60 MINUTE PERSONALIZED ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SESSION
Finally, we also include a 60-minute personalized coaching session for each assessed individual, in which clients work on developing the necessary tools for effective leadership—in a one-on-one setting.
Further personal coaching sessions for particular employees may also be purchased, and/or three- and six-month check-ins with our team to appraise progress and further help your management develop the right tools for becoming stronger leaders.
